As a maintenance agreement subscriber, you will enjoy the following benefits:
Priority Service
As a maintenance agreement subscriber, your service calls are placed at the top of our priority list. Meaning, regardless of the number of service calls ahead of you, your request will come first.
24 hr Service
Maintenance agreement subscribers receive 24-hour service EVERY day of the year with NO additional service fees.
No Service Call Diagnostic Fee
Maintenance agreement subscribers do not have to pay the standard service call diagnostic fee.
Twice a year inspection Included
Maintenance agreement subscribers receive a twice a year inspection on: (1) heating and (1) air conditioning as the seasons require. A 54 point inspection will be performed for free. Proper maintenance can extend the life of your heating and air conditioning system significantly and ensure that each system is running efficiently - saving you money.
Discounts on Repairs and Parts
Silver level maintenance agreement subscribers receive a 15% discount on repairs and parts and Gold level subscribers receive a 20% discount on repairs and parts.
